Minimum two years’ office experience
Software proficiency (Microsoft applications including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Typing speed of 40 words per minute
Strong administrative skills
Highly organized with exceptional multitasking skills
Excellent command of the English language
Superior communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to use good judgment
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proactive team player but able to perform well independently
Assignments may range from short term to long term, and Temp-to-Hire. Testing and reference checks will be required for Temporary Administrative employees.
