Recruitment Consultant - Generalist
The Miles Employment Group has an opening for a Generalist Recruitment Consultant to work in our professional permanent recruitment division.
You thrive on providing awesome customer service in the provision of recruitment of general administrative, human resources, academia, marketing talent and other job categories within a corporate environment. You are computer and social media savvy, are adept at social recruiting have an understanding of the labour market and the labour laws. Combined with your advanced computer skills, you have experience working with a CRM and have a minimum of 2 years recent recruitment experience.
This professional role suits a self-motivated, solution provider who enjoys connecting people with their dream job, is excellent at searching for a needle in a haystack and has a passion for teamwork, customer service and understands the bigger picture in business. You understand that sales drives business and are happy visiting clients and engage in Professional Business Development activities.
Agency experience an asset but not necessary as we will provide training. A university degree and or BCIT Human Resources Diploma required.
