Schedule: Mon - Fri, 10am - 3pm

Pay Rate: $20-25 Hourly DOE

Skyline Personnel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Representative with a strong emphasis on account management to join our client's team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing client relationships, providing exceptional service, and strategically managing key accounts.


This is a direct-hire position, part-time, 20 to 30 hours a week.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop relationships with customers to facilitate the sales process.
  • Understand clients' unique needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions that exceed their expectations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for customers.
  • Call on potential new customers and follow up on their needs to increase sales.
  • Participate in client meetings, trade shows, presentations, and visits to further strengthen relationships and promote our services.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure smooth coordination and alignment of customer service efforts.
  • Analyze customer service data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer service channels (phone, email, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all customer service operations.
  • Independently develop account strategies and build relationships with customers as directed.

  • Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient customer service operations.
