Job Function:
- Greet tenants, prospective residents, and visitors in a professional manner
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with general inquiries
- Assist leasing agents with data entry, document preparation, and file organization
- Process rental applications and maintain accurate tenant records
- Schedule property tours, maintenance appointments, and lease signings
- Support property management with clerical tasks and resident communications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment

Job Requirement:
- Previous administrative or front-desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
