Location: Durham, NC

Pay Rate: $22.50/hr.

Shift: 4-hour shifts (as needed)

About the Role: We are seeking observant and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Venue Access Security Role Player. In this role, you will assist in evaluating security protocols at a local venue in Durham, NC.

This is a part-time, as-needed position, ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and working in dynamic environments.

• Participate in a mandatory training session on security access testing procedures.
• Execute assigned entry scenarios, such as:
  • Tailgating: Attempting to follow authorized personnel into restricted areas.
  • Fake Credentials: Presenting unauthorized or counterfeit badges for access.
  • Unauthorized Entry: Bypassing standard security measures.
• Document experiences and provide feedback on security response and effectiveness.
• Remain professional and discreet while performing assignments.
• Follow all safety and ethical guidelines while testing security measures.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass a background check.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable with role-playing different entry scenarios.
• Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Preferred experience in one or more of the following:
  • Security (venue, corporate, or private)
  • Event staff (venue, theater, festival, or stadium)
  • Secret/mystery shopping
  • Loss prevention or compliance auditing
