Schedule: Monday, 1:30pm - 5:30pm; Wednesday, 8:30am - 1:30pm; Friday, 1:30pm - 5:30pm; every other Saturday (hours TBD)

Pay: $15/hr.


About the Opportunity:

A well-established leasing office in Cary, NC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. This is a fully onsite, temp-to-hire position, ideal for someone who is professional, organized, and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.

Job Function:

  • Greet tenants, prospective residents, and visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with general inquiries
  • Assist leasing agents with data entry, document preparation, and file organization
  • Process rental applications and maintain accurate tenant records
  • Schedule property tours, maintenance appointments, and lease signings
  • Support property management with clerical tasks and resident communications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment


Job Requirement:

  • Previous administrative or front-desk experience preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow through on tasks
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be reliable and able to work independently
  • Must be available 4-5 hours daily, Mon - Fri, every other Sat.
