Job Function:
- Drive new business growth by proactively identifying, prospecting, and engaging potential clients to generate staffing partnerships
- Manage the full client lifecycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment through service delivery and ongoing account expansion
- Maintain consistent sales activity (calls, meetings, outreach, proposals) to achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients through strategic communication, follow-up, and service excellence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on hiring progress, talent availability, and workforce solutions
- Collaborate with clients to understand workforce needs, develop job orders, and deliver qualified candidates aligned with business objectives
- Oversee the recruitment process to support client hiring needs, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating candidate placement
- Evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with client requirements to ensure high-quality placements and client satisfaction
- Maintain ongoing communication with placed employees and clients to support retention, address concerns, and identify additional business opportunities
- Ensure all recruiting and placement activities comply with applicable HR laws and North Carolina employment regulations
- Monitor market trends, hiring activity, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Provide regular reporting to leadership on sales pipeline, client activity, placements, and overall business development performance

Job Requirement:
- 3-4 years experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting and/or business development activities
- Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accurate and timely data entry
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward monthly goals
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems
- Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
