About the Role

We’re looking for a driven, sales-focused Recruitment Manager to own the full recruitment and client lifecycle - from business development to candidate placement and ongoing client satisfaction. This role blends sales, recruiting, and relationship management, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and enjoys building long-term partnerships.

Job Function:

  • Drive new business growth by proactively identifying, prospecting, and engaging potential clients to generate staffing partnerships
  • Manage the full client lifecycle, from initial outreach and needs assessment through service delivery and ongoing account expansion
  • Maintain consistent sales activity (calls, meetings, outreach, proposals) to achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition targets
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients through strategic communication, follow-up, and service excellence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates on hiring progress, talent availability, and workforce solutions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand workforce needs, develop job orders, and deliver qualified candidates aligned with business objectives
  • Oversee the recruitment process to support client hiring needs, including sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating candidate placement
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications and alignment with client requirements to ensure high-quality placements and client satisfaction
  • Maintain ongoing communication with placed employees and clients to support retention, address concerns, and identify additional business opportunities
  • Ensure all recruiting and placement activities comply with applicable HR laws and North Carolina employment regulations
  • Monitor market trends, hiring activity, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership on sales pipeline, client activity, placements, and overall business development performance
Job Requirement:

  • 3-4 years experience in staffing, recruiting, sales, business development, or client relationship management
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting and/or business development activities
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accurate and timely data entry
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working toward monthly goals
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
