Customer Service/ Sales Representative

Skyline Personnel is seeking a professional Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our client in Fuquay-Varina. The ideal candidate carries them self with confidence, warmth, and has a genuine talent for creating exceptional customer experiences.

Full Time Position - In office only.

Compensation: $42,500.00 + .5% commission for new sales.

Travel: Light Domestic Travel Required.

In this position, you will:

• Provide outstanding, personable customer service to new and existing clients.
• Support sales efforts through friendly outreach, follow-up, and relationship building.
• Meet with clients occasionally at restaurants to discuss business, while representing our company with excellent manners, polite communication, and proper dining etiquette.
• Represent our company with professionalism, and a professional appearance during light domestic travel (occasional 1–2-day trips).
• This person must be highly motivated and self-started in assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling, multitasking is a must, as well as detail orientated in a fast-moving environment and sales support.
• Present a polished, diplomatic, and professional appearance.
• You will be required to make sample cards with swatches, and send them to the customer using UPS, Fed-ex and DHL. This candidate must be able to compose business letters using positivity in a strategic, tactful and diplomatic manner.
• You will need basic Microsoft products, Excel, Word and Power Point. Experience with SAP programing is a plus, at present, we use Cie-trade.
• We will train the right candidate in the textile fabric production process.
