Production Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Support the ERP system by reviewing and optimizing sales order management and planning processes
• Train and support production employees on ERP standards and expectations established by the Global Quality team
• Ensure ISO compliance, including proper recording and archiving of Device History Records (DHR) for medical devices
• Use integrated systems to identify, document, and manage nonconformities, and communicate findings to the Quality team
• Inspect outgoing products  in accordance with technical documentation
• Utilize ERP data to evaluate inventory and direct warehouse staff on stock selection
• Create, update, and approve quality and production documentation as needed
• Follow established procedures, directives, standards, and company policies
• Maintain a high level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail in daily work

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics
• Familiarity with ISO guidelines and quality standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong quality mindset with a practical business approach
• Willingness to learn and share knowledge with others
• Highly organized, consistent, and communicative
• Ability to work independently after training
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs regularly
