Brief Description:
Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Temp-to-Hire) Location: On-site Pay Rate: $18–$24 per hour (based on experience) Start Date: Immediate – within the next week Schedule: - Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Tuesday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Administrative Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting daily office operations in a contracting/sub-contracting environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to step into responsibilities quickly with minimal oversight. |
Job Function:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to office and field staff
- Manage phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
- Prepare, organize, and maintain documents and records
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and reporting
- Support day-to-day office operations as needed

Job Requirement:
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a contracting or sub-contracting environment required
- 5+ years of professional administrative experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to independently manage administrative tasks with minimal direction
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, professional, and able to meet deadlines
