Attorney

A well-established law firm in the Burlington area is seeking a dedicated Attorney with 2-3 years of experience to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience inpersonal injury cases and a strong commitment to client advocacy.

Job Type: Direct hire, 2-3 year contract

Pay: $50k - 150k annually, DOE

• Handle personal injury from intake to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
• Work closely with clients to provide strategic legal guidance and support
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal staff on case strategy and litigation
• Ensure compliance with legal deadlines and procedural requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active North Carolina Bar License (in good standing)
• 2-3 years of legal experience (any level in personal injury cases)
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial preparation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and work independently
