As a Traffic Control Technician (TCT), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of construction teams and the public by managing traffic flow and work zone setups. Working closely with construction crews, you will create and maintain safe work zones, direct traffic, and uphold regulatory standards.

Salary Range DOE: $50-70k


Job Overview

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting attorneys throughout the litigation process, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Duties

- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and other legal proceedings.

- Conduct legal research using tools such as Westlaw to gather relevant case law and statutes.

- Draft and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

- Manage case files and maintain organized records of all documentation related to ongoing litigation.

- Perform data entry tasks to update case management systems with critical information.

- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information for cases.

- Ensure compliance with Environmental law and Tribal law regulations as applicable.

- Provide administrative support by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics for court appearances.


Experience

- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal administrative role is preferred.

- Strong proofreading skills with an emphasis on accuracy in written communication.

- Familiarity with litigation processes, including filing procedures and court rules.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
