As a Café Assistant, you will support the preparation and service of nutritious meals to students while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming cafeteria environment. This role plays a key part in the success of our school nutrition program and contributes to a positive dining experience for all.

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable part-time (20 hours per week) Bookkeeper to handle da-to-day accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate is detail-driven,

trustworthy, and comfortable working with multiple entities and property-related transactions.

Pay: $22-26 per hour based on experience and familiarity with property management bookkeeping

Familiarity with AppFolio Property Management software would be a plus.

While bookkeeping (including ensuring rents are received and bills are paid) would be the core of the

responsibilities on a regular basis, we would also like this new member of our team to help coordinate

repairs and maintenance activities with tenants and insurance renewals with agents. All will be done as a

team with the Chief Operating Officer of the business.
