Logistics and Traffic Supervisor required to lead a unionized team of up to 15 employees in a busy manufacturing organization north of Victoria, B.C. .
Manage the day to day activities within a fast paced busy warehouse. Fill orders with available inventory, with parts kitting for assembly. Ensure daily reporting and tracking against Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Collaborate and work with internal stakeholders and management. Interact and work with suppliers and vendors. Ensure effective and accurate shipping and receiving. Proactively identify solutions to problems and look for continuous improvement opportunities.
